新緑の美しい季節がやってきました。

いつの間にか近所では、田植えが済んでたわ。

我が家のニラで、、、

鶏レバーも調理一つでイケルかも？

下味つけたレバーを片栗粉まぶし、少し多めの油でじっくり焼いてから、ニラと炒め合わせると。。。おいしいよ！
